A Method... 04:13
I really shouldn't feel bad after all So I'll keep on smiling At least I never lied to get along We're still fine so I hold on When driving through the dark is all we know Oh headlights please guide me home But home is just a dark and empty room Why try at all? It seems to me that dreams are all we own Now that we're older I can't believe the time where has it gone When was our moment? Time couldn't even pause or stop or rewind So I close my eyes and sleep Sleep through a day or two and find Another reason why I never knew quite where I failed To see in front of me Suddenly I'm blinded by the sun Infinity laughs at me How can I breath I'm blinded by the sun A million possibilities, never me I'm blinded by the sun Borderlines of sanity and reality What have we become?

March, march knowing well certain death awaits us Onwards, onwards The masters yell from their ivory towers Cowards! Blind men lead the blind men dreaming of arrival, of asylum, of revival Seek, seek and seek you shall 'till flesh and bones are rot and mould Stake, stake, stake your claim Rape your land I'll do the same The same! Cogs and wheels of blood we are mechanised, baptized in fire Sacrifice your inner self for the greater good, for the common wealth For greed and lust we march We march for fear 'till death we march The world commands us to Crawl through this earth 'till darkness us devour Don't leave me out Fear of darkness Illusion Crawl with me I'm lost I'm getting colder Grind, grind into dust From whence thou came return thou must Decay! A Morbid Mistress and Father Time molest their offspring: You and I Self inflicted wounds of hatred transform us into drones Faceless censors keep us all in line The screaming beast of eternal lies commands us to Crawl through this earth 'till darkness us devour Don't leave me out Fear of darkness Illusion Crawl with me I'm lost Step forward and show yourself Oh you who can claim to be free of bondage and other such things Share with us the wisdom of your ways Or stay hidden for the rest of your days Away, be gone, can't you read the signs? Were you not told to question the lies you we're taught as a child Or do you cling to a utopian view? If so, I should very much like to witness this delight A sweet delusion of senses quite extraordinary Where one might bask in the light of innocent child-like cruelty Awake, awake! The authorities arrive This will not do, they cry Where is your freedom now? Will you not fight? Will you fall in the hands of your peers or fall back into the cave you left at first light Crawl through this earth 'till darkness us devour Don't leave me out We crawl through this earth 'till darkness us devour Don't leave me now I'm lost

Lead me through to emptiness Hear me now I take my final breath All in all I'm quite amused Petrified but in a happy mood Rest assured it's still alive Through the lives it left behind and locked inside Though it's cold and lonely now In a while the sun won't have a chance to hide No more You caught me in a hole again Compensate the difference and descend Lift me up I'll start again Even though I know I'm still the same I confess I haven't been so sincere I've been lost and I've lived in fear All the times that I was given a choice No I would not hear no ones advice Despite I knew the price Crazily I thought there was another way All the paths seemed to lead away Now it's over there is nothing to say Just leave it blank and call it a day Despite I knew the price A lucid dream of silent skies is all that's needed for a beginning A wretched lie or is it truth instead? Reason fails to answer this Lead me out of it or leave me in 'till the sun is dead and only dark remains Still it's more than I understand But I can't admit defeat 'till time is gone Time can heal a wound or take away Everything depends on time ticking away Time can stay

Lost Inside 11:46
Now the last days are upon us All I've lost the world has won Here I stand in the spotlight Contemplate what I've done Still it's more than I can believe in And it's blinding me like the sun As I reach for redemption As I seek for the signs And the more I seem to fathom Oh the smaller I become And it's harder now that I'm closer And it's blinding me like the sun I'm lost inside Growing older and getting tired Oh lost inside Going over the same lines Oh lost inside Getting colder ready to die or not Seems this path is getting steeper Even though my legs are strong Every step leaves me weaker Every breath takes its toll Though I'm further now that I used to be Still it's blinding me like the sun Release me don't leave me All that's left will soon be gone I'm surrounded, can't avoid it See this thing that I've become Still it's harder now that I'm closer Still it's blinding me like the sun I'm lost inside Growing older and getting tired Oh lost inside Going over the same lines Oh lost inside Getting colder ready to die Oh lost inside Only coming to realise Oh lost inside Only me in this cage of mine Oh lost inside So we'll meet on the other side Oh lost inside Loneliness is all I find Oh lost inside No escape comes to my mind Oh lost inside Don't you follow me down I'm so lost What's to decide? Should I lie and say that nothing's wrong? I'm still alive but I cry inside Couldn't say what for Left here to die Who am I? A captain on the shore? In time even life subsides opening a door 'Till then I'm still lost inside Now I'm way past denial Fear and rage just left me cold and tired Tried to buy my way back home But it all backfired Now I'm stuck in stage five Sinking deeper as I go along Meet despair, it feeds off me It takes a hold of me While I'm still lost inside Once gone it's lost forever It disappears into the Eastern Sea I'll sleep fearless Knowing that I'll keep on breathing Breathing out and in And on these terms I'll settle in I'll stake my claim I'll take the blame It's not the same But I'll keep on breathing In time all will be forgiven Faded out of memory Years pass slowly Unmercifully Still I'm breathing Breathing out and in And on these terms I settled in I staked my claim I took all of the blame Though it's never been the same again I'll keep on breathing Keep on breathing

Entropy 06:41
These days offer nothing for me I'm settled in my ways Keep wasting away, erasing all evidence of change 'Till these days turn to silence Close the door Fade to insignificance For if we tried less to resist to preserve these days Despite all the trying entropy increases still Still everything seems to keep functioning So why all the fighting, if indeed no one wins? Since everything leads to more disorder Entropy This road seems to keep on winding leading us astray No future, no destination Uncertainty will make this world one day turn to violence, turn to war until all that was before Is divided 'till we are torn 'till we are no more Despite all the trying entropy increases still Still everything seems to keep functioning So why all the fighting, if indeed no one wins? Since everything leads to more disorder Entropy

Meet me far far away On a dark island How did we go astray? Where were we taken? To be lost in To be caught up and found Inside I am Mortified and safe in isolation Inside I am Yes it's you who lost and left me And it's true I'm past being lonely Coming through from the outside It's nothing new there's no escape route 'Till finally the curtain calls And we're not here after all Lay me down Lay me down in the shade Silence invited Seems that we meet again My quiet friend So far divided Our bodies have caged us in Inside I am taken hostage Physics have me restrained Inside I am Even clouds fly away Even dark shadows fade Seek and you'll find again Reach out and grasp it Stay connected Tomorrow can change us all Inside I am unaffected Defiantly standing tall Inside I am Yes it's you who lost and left me And it's true I'm past being lonely Coming through from the outside It's nothing new there's no escape route So, finally I'm over board A captain on the shore Reaching for the floor The writings on the wall Find yourself alone Arrive where you belong To one and each their own We're not here after all

about

A thematic adventure of melodic progressive rock, a very personal and introspective trip into the most basic of human instincts, the will to live. Ecstatic highs and desperate lows, all neatly wrapped up in a single album full of atmospheric rock. Ambitious and dynamic music varying from laid-back and melancholic atmospheres into adventurous and energetic rock. It's about contrasts, and sounds original and interesting.
